Parking Reservation Terms and Conditions

Reservations

If you would like to make an online reservation to park your vehicle at Los Angeles International Airport, please follow and complete the online reservation process. Once your online reservation is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. This e-mail will include a reservation reference which you need to provide should you need to contact the airport for assistance. Your reservation is not complete until it has been confirmed.

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) reserves the right to limit the number of online reservations per person and per parking facility, or the number of parking spaces available for online reservation. Your reservation permits you to park your vehicle at a parking structure, but does not reserve or guarantee a particular parking spot.

Prices and Payment

The purchase price quoted with your reservation is fixed at the time you make your reservation. Until your reservation confirmation e-mail is received, quoted prices may vary based on the time of reservation completion and space availability.

LAWA may, from time to time, offer discounted or promotional rates for use of a parking facility. These discounts or promotions may be subject to additional limitations, terms and conditions, and will be noted at the time of your reservation. LAWA reserves the right to add or remove parking facility spaces to or from the promotion, or to vary, amend or cancel promotional rates at any time. Not all promotional rates may be available for online reservations. Conversely, some promotions may be exclusive to online reservations.

When you provide your credit card details to complete your online reservation, you are authorizing LAWA to charge your credit card in the amount equal to the quoted purchase price. You will not, and will not attempt to, resell or market any reservation at an Airport parking facility without LAWA’s express written consent. Resale will result in the automatic cancelation of the online reservation without refund.

Extensions to the Reservation Period

Your reservation is not active until 2 hours before your reservation begins. You are not guaranteed a parking spot until the time you have reserved. If you arrive early, a parking spot may not be available.

If your vehicle stays in the parking facility more than 2 hours after the reservation ends, a new parking session will begin at the posted rates. This additional payment will be required to exit the facility. No refunds are provided for parking stays that are shorter than the reservation period.

Canceling or Amending a Reservation

You may cancel your reservation for any reason, at any time up to 2 hours from the start of the reservation without charge.

Credit Card Payment Terms

You can pay for your reservation by using any of the accepted credit cards. Instructions are shown on the reservation website. Refunds are made at the discretion of LAWA and will be credited back to the credit card used in the reservation. See contact information below to request a refund.

By providing your credit card or other payment information (“Payment Method”) to us, you authorize LAWA’s third-party payment processor to store your Payment Method for future authorized transactions, including but not limited to extensions to your reservation period. You may update or remove your stored Payment Method at any time by contacting us at the email address below. LAWA does not store full credit card numbers on our own servers; instead, we partner with PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

Parking

Your reservation is valid only for the parking facility for which you have paid – and you will not gain access under the reservation at an incorrect parking facility. If you enter a different parking structure from the one you have booked, you will incur a charge for your length of stay in that facility at the rate specified for that location.

Consent to Use of Your E-mail Information by LAWA

Your participation in this Reserved Parking Program authorizes LAWA to use your e-mail address to forward information about other business opportunities offered by LAWA to its airport passengers. You may opt out by selecting "unsubscribe" in any e-mails that you receive from LAWA. LAWA manages any other personal information you provide in order to process your online reservation as described in LAWA’s Privacy Policy: https://www.flylax.com/legal

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify LAWA against any claim, loss or damage we may suffer associated with your use of our online reservation system. This indemnification includes any costs of defense, expenses, fees, penalties, and charges, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees.

LAWA’s total liability to you with respect to your use of the online reservation system will be limited to a refund of the purchase price of your reservation. With respect to your online reservation, LAWA will not be liable for any injury, damage to your property, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss, whether or not LAWA could have foreseen such loss.

Modification

LAWA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes may include, without limitation, a change in any existing fees or the imposition of new fees. You will be bound by any revised Terms and Conditions posted on the website at the time that your reservation is made.
